Funny enough I've noticed the same thing with my nutrition tracker and I thought it was kinda doofy too. I try to just meet the original or lowest calorie mark I can. Because if you burn 300 calories, they give you room to eat 300 calories and that just doesn't make sense, I wish someone would explain that to me too lol. and where did you get your fitbit? and how much is it? and what exactly does it do? lol sorry, so many questions. but does it just track your steps, or does it also track your calories. I kinda want to find a device that tracks calories burned so I know exactly what I'm doing right, instead of just guesstimating. and I agree, everyone here gives so much life and motivation! I'm glad your doing well! 1719 days ago
