Writings things gives them power, and a manifestation in your life.
So, here are five reasons that I'm trying to get healthier:
1. Being able to move and be active without pain.
2. Prevent future health problems.
3. Feeling better in my senior years.
4. Fitting into those clothes I've had to put away.
5. Being happier.
