I was just diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes, and this is just me talking about the change's I've begun to make and what's been working for me! 6 lb's down!

    Your carbs should be no more than 45 grams for each meal and two 15 gram snacks. I just got diagnosed too. :(

    Once a person balances their blood sugar it is easier to lose weight. Congrats on your weight loss. Weigh your self right after a shower in the morning, about the same time every day ...that will give you a better sense of what is happening...don't get obsessive as a person always weighs more at night.

    Instead of the wheat crackers...try popcorn ...you get vitamins and minerals from popcorn.

    For a boost of beta carotene, fiber, and vitamin A, you can't do much better than snacking on 15 baby carrots with 2 tablespoons light ranch dressing.

    Apples are a good snack and hard boiled eggs a couple time of weeks. Eggs Are Loaded with Nutrients & lots of vitamins

    Maybe get yourself a cooler lunch bag so you can carry Peanut Butter with Celery Sticks, or low-sugar Greek Yogurt like Fage 0% Fat Free. Add berries as berries have the least impact on blood sugar.

    Whole Grain Cocktail Rye Bread, 3-ounce pull-top can Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water, chop 3 grape tomatoes and a little cucmber or red onion

    Cheese Stuffed Peppers
    Core a bell pepper and slice it in quarters. Slice an ounce of fresh mozzarella cheese into four pieces.

    Nibble on 1/2 cup of sliced cucumbers for just 8 calories and 2 grams of carb and dip into lite ranch dressing mix...1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes for just 13 calories and 2 grams of carb. . Each medium-size radish has just 1 calorie and well under half a gram of carb.

    1/4 cup of blueberries which has 20 calories and 5 grams of carb

    You want a crajer...try these...Wasa Crisp'n Light.... 7 Grain cracker bread with 20 calories and 4.5 grams of carb per slice.

    Kavli Crispy Thin Whole Grain Crispbread is made from 100 percent whole grain rye...with 17 calories and 4 grams of carb
