Honesty day 22: My outline for February

Thursday, January 29, 2015

So one thing I have learned in these 22 days is the key to succeeding is planning for success on that note my priority for the day was to create a healthy and challenging but realistic plan for February.

My February plan

Week 1

Sunday: Couch potato "2" 5k training, Walk 7000 steps and fat burning cardio workout by fitness blender.

Monday: 40 min fat blasting total body strength training and toning workout with fitness blender and walk 7000 steps

Tuesday: Repeat Sunday

Wednesday: Repeat Monday

Thursday: Yoga and walk 7000 steps (This is kind of like my recovery slash off day)

Friday: Repeat Sunday

Saturday: Repeat Monday

This workout routine will recycle every week for the entire month

I will be following my personal meal plan that continues to revamp as I discover new and healthier meals.

My personal goals and there rewards are

Lose 5 pounds= $10 towards the jar
Walk 7000 steps everyday for the month of February=$25 towards the jar
Fit into a size 12= $10 towards the jar and a home spa day
BFI below 30= Movie night with the hubby
BMI below 30= $10 towards the jar

Now if you are wondering what the jar is it is my clothing fund, I plan on the end of the year to treat myself to a new wardrobe to thank and appreciate myself for all my hard work. How I have broken down the amounts are if it is a goal that can be completed anytime of the month like eat 10 veg's than it is only worth $10 for completion or choosing a reward such as an event but if it is a goal that must be completed everyday for an entire month such as workout for 10 minutes a day for 30 days than on completion it is $25 towards the jar. I also have different reward amounts for goals that are quarterly such as if I run 3 times a week for the first quarter of the year than it is $50 towards the jar. I am really sorry if I confused anyone but this is my sure fire way to stay motivated and on track.

If you have any unique ways that you stay on track please share. Thank you!

Excellent plan and reward system! I like to buy myself new exercise clothing, dvds, and other equipment every few months to keep things fresh.

You're doing great--keep up the good work!
