Sat. Jan. 31 - 3 Miles (Perfect for Walk to the Hits 3 Mile DVDs)
Super Bowl Sunday- FEBRUARY 1 - (Amen to FEB!) Just walk around the TV while cheering for your team! No formal exercise today..just stay active!
Mon. Feb. 2 - 4 Miles! (4 Mile Power Walk DVD)
Tues. Feb. 3 - 1 Mile + Core Exercise! (Do some curl ups to Gladys songs!)
Wed. Feb. 4 - 3 Miles! (Walk to the Hits DVD or walk to the beat of 9 of your favorite songs!)
