Honesty day 21: It is definately a learning process

Today as I was creating my two week meal plan I decided to review some of my prior eating habits from the sparkpeople food tracker and it was amazing to see how I started off eating poorly to progressing into a more healthier consumer. I went from drinking soda and coffee to just drinking water and I went from eating chips and cakes to whole wheat crackers and apples. Also I am still on a mission to create a 30 day healthy meal plan that favors both me and my husband and I am glad to say we have discovered 9 healthy dinners that we absolutely love. So they are on the meal plan for the up coming two weeks including some new dishes I am going to try. All in all this process is teaching me patience because it truly is a constant cycle of learning and revising our habits and eating patterns. All in the name of a happy, healthier life.
