Honesty day 19: I don't feel anything

So yesterday the scale told me I have lost 8 pounds which is wonderful but I do not feel it. I look at 8 pounds and am really proud of myself but 8 pounds is a lot of weight to not feel a little bit better, in fact I have felt heavier and extremely bloated. I'm wondering could this be from water since all I drink now is water? or could it be that maybe I consume to much salt. In a way it probably could be both but I just think its really weird.
On a happier note I am still happy and moving in the right direction. I have made it a healthy habit now to take my dog on two 30 minute walks a day. One in the morning and one after dinner. Since I bought the spark activity tracker its just so exciting to see the steps just add up. I am on day 20 no soda and day 11 of no coffee. Tomorrow after my run will be the end of couch potato to 5k week 3 and I have to say the workouts start pretty slow but pick up pretty quickly with intensity. I highly recommend participating in the program because after awhile you begin to experience the runners high.
In about 20 days I will be crossing of 3 items on my new years resolutions which are no soda and coffee for 30 days and to get my braille certificate. I am so happy and I have sparkpeople, sparkcoach and all you wonderful people to thank for with all the love and support.
