I reached 50lbs milestone! Sorry for the annoying noise in a few mins my mic wasn't in a good place...

    Congratulations on your weightloss. You sure have your goals set. And I love your attitude! What an inspiration! Keep up the great work! Just wanted to let you know that drinking water is very important in your weight loss journey. It does indeed cleanse the kidneys! At least 8 cups a day is a good start. I drink any where from 10 to 14 cups of water each day, sometimes, even more if I'm sweating a great deal! emoticon emoticon

    Youtube is great for exercise videos! I'll have to look up some yoga ones - I don't have a mat though... maybe I'll have to get one too :)

    Yes - stay away from the negative spaces!!! Surround yourself with positivity instead and you'll feel so much better. Keep up the great work :)
