Honesty day 17: Time to kick it up a notch

So I was a little sad today because I realized I did not lose any weight this week but the good news is I did not gain either. Instead of getting discouraged I went over all of my previous sparkcoach training videos, decided to do a little home work and now more than ever I am ready to kick into gear my workout plans. I am not mad at myself though because for the past two weeks I have been so fixated on my calorie intake and making sure I do not go over but I neglected the working out part. I did however workout at least 10 minutes a day but since I am being honesty I have to admit to you all that even though I worked out for 10 minutes not including my step goal I just really do not move the rest of the day. So if I want to succeed at this I have to be honest with myself and bring to light all the negative habits I do that hinders my new healthy life.
