I Didn't Mean It! But I like the results....

Thursday, January 22, 2015

I found a way to help me drink more water.....it has always been my ongoing problem. And I didn't mean it, but when I had to put down something to bring for the Christmas Pot Luck, there was a section under beverages. I had already taken a turn at bringing the main course, salad, dessert, etc. so being busy and thinking it was an easy way out (I am being honest) and still take part, I recorded water, two cases of water. Brought it in, shared it and there was still one whole case of water left over. So, I put it in my office with a note to everyone to help themselves. It is right by my desk.....so guess who is drinking more water? That is right, me. And I know a lot of people like their water really really cold, I have always gone for the room temperature kind. I find I am drinking much more water and it is almost gone. I think I will do it again. P.S. Even though I recycle the bottles, I know this is not the best way, but maybe next once I am really in the habit, next month, I may try to do the bring in a jug and keep filling it. I am quite pleased and I really didn't mean it to happen this way, but I do like the results. emoticon

emoticon I like drinking from bottles. There's always someone trying to put a negative on a positive thing. Stick with your bottles if that's working for you! emoticon

One of our House of Representatives members did a talk on recycling and she said the water bottles are the easiest thing there is to recycle so don't worry about it. If you drink more water, it is worth it.
