And still at 160 lbs, more or less. I keep bouncing around between 163 to 160 which worries me because I'm back up to above 160. So because of that, I have been going to the gym consistently about 2-4 times per week. Just depends on the week. Last week I managed 2. This week I should be able to manage up to 4 visits. Just retired my old back pack that I bring to the Alaska club. This was my camping/catching a flight/going to the gym bag. And its sad. I've moved over to a "freebie" VS London Talent show bag instead. Doesn't have all the nice little compartments, I like my compartments for extra containers of Motrin, Lotion, lip balm or extra pairs of socks. Its just a glorified duffle bag.
OMG I just realized, I never think I updated here that I'm back in Alaska. We retired, we moved from the East coast back to Fairbanks AK.
Oh and I have a goal.
I have to hang it up in my room or somewhere else where I'll see it constantly.
A lovely little red dress, perfect for a "function" coming up in 104 days.

So the dress. Size 10, low cut, comes right down below my knees, clingy fabric. Hubby says it looks really good on me but I need to lose at least an additional 10 (in my opinion) for it to really look awesome.
Recently I did a brief stint with Beachbody as a coach. Wasn't overly thrilled. I don't like workout DVD's, not overly fond of chocolate shakeology, I like some of the other flavors though. Its hard to sell something if you don't fully believe in it.
So, with that all said, gotta get to work. Literally. I have a house to pick up/tidy up a bit, gotta run to Freddys for some spring rolls to go along with the Tom ka gai soup for dinner tonight, and hubby wants oranges.
Then gym. My son wants to try Pho at this little shack near the gym that we go to.
