Honesty day 13: UGGHHHHHH

I feel like crap, I am having what you call caffeine withdrawals and so I am truly hating life right now. It is day four with no coffee on top of the fact that it is day 13 with no form of energy drink or soda. I know it is great that I am drinking so much more water but damn does this really have to suck this bad. I seriously have no energy and I have been very moody and cranky all day.
Honestly my sparkpeople friends is there an easier way? What can I possibly do to beat these energy lows and mood swings on this caffeine detox? The only reason I fear so much about these energy lows is because I had to force myself to run this morning and that was a first. I just do not want to get discouraged or unmotivated.
On a lighter note today was weigh ins and I lost 2 pounds this week so I am still happily moving in the right direction.
