i finally bought a scale for home. I have never had a scale and the one at my current gym is junk. After working out for a few weeks I can tell my clothes are fitting more loosely on me. However when I weighed myself I was about 5 pounds up from my last weigh in when I was actively working out the last time. Now I can only wonder at how much I've lost to get down to there. But knowing I am almost to where I was again is comforting. It's a kick in the pants and time to get back on track. I plan on weighing myself tomorrow morning just to get a blank slate weight and then only weighing in once a week. I don't want to be scale happy and judge my progress only by the scale.
