Yesterday I got back completely on track. No impulse snacking. Weighed or measured every portion. No late night eating. Two exercise walks before the rain moved in. Kept water near me all the time and sipped whenever I thought I was going to snack. Water was the key. Now a trip running errands and some store walking. The sun is out after four days of overcast.
