Life cycles

Life comes in cycles. Isn't is amazing how our motivation comes in cycles? I love one day we are into one form of exercise and one day you wake up and think ..... let's try this! For the last week I have been dreaming about jogging. Don't ask me why. I am NOT a runner/jogger. It makes me laugh tho to think I am dreaming about this. We just moved and I keep dreaming about jogging around our property. In the ice cold weather. LOL!! Maybe in my mind I am trying to get settled. Who knows!

We have to trust the process. I love to change something up. Our meal plan is a little of this and little of that but it's working for us. We eat on the military diet M-F and are using the Trim Healthy Mama plan on the weekends. It works for us.

You just have to find what works for you!! Have fun experimenting!!

We can and will tackle this!

Let us know if you DO decide to try it. My ankle finally healed enough to allow me to jog for short distances without sharp pains after about 6 months. I'd dreamed about a month earlier that I had run across the street without pain and wondered if my subconscious was trying to tell me I was healed enough for it (not at that time, unfortunately, but a month later I actually could). I'm not a jogger or runner either, just a walker, but after not even being able to do it at all, I'm wanting to jog more, just to test how much I have healed. Not in icy conditions though. I'll wait until the sidewalks and paths are completely clear before I attempt it.

Good luck. And I hope you do get settled in your new place quickly.
