Great first day! Excited for your your new rental! Great goal to do a date with hubby! I did that last year, I made a goal to stay on my new lifestyle until our anniversary in July, it really helps with the motivation to have something to look forward too!
Low carb is an awesome way to lose weight. That's how I got my first major chunk off. The main thing is to keep a variety with what you're eating. Eggs are great, lowfat cottage cheese or high fat, whichever and how strict you are with it. I found that just cutting out the simple carbs of breads and pastas and sweets, made a huge difference. If you like celery to snack on, spread some Laughing Cow cheese spread on it or peanut butter and that helped me alot. Good luck to you! We can do anything we put our minds to!! 1736 days ago
