MyMission - it's not impossible

It's Sunday and day 11 since I've been "On Again". It's been a while since I've been consistent with my eating in a healthy pattern so I'm quite excited I have been able to do it this past week. Staying focused has had it challenges, but I must say I've been successful in conquering them--thus far.
Going into a new week and I've decided to push myself. Starting this week my "On It" goal is to put exercise back into my life. My first step was to join a gym--it keeps me focused and adds a layer of support. My goal this week is to spend at least 30 minutes at the gym, 3 days this week. I'll build on over the next few weeks.
The gym won't be easy, but it is MyMission and failure is not an option.
