I was standing in front of the display case that has a mirror in the back while doing plie squats with pull overs and I noticed it. The belly flap. That lovely fat pouch just under your belly button. With my body type it just looks so weird from the side. I hate it with a passion. I think the first areas that I want to really work on it that flap and my arm flaps. I've already been working on my arms all week. Now I just need to tackle the beast of all flaps.

    Yes I can certainly relate. What I am trying to do is core exercises, mild ones the PT gave me for my back pain due to OA. Also regular strength training for arms and legs. I'm also thinking massage will help so I designed a reward system where every month I exercise at least 10 min a day, I will reward myself with a professional massage.

    Best luck on your (and my) tackle on the beast of all flaps.
