Why am I gaining.....

I joined a gym and faithfully I have gone since new yrs eve walking 2 + miles every day and work on upper and lower body".....but I weighed myself today and I gained.im so bummed. I will keep trying and not let this get to me. Sometimes I think maybe I should weigh my self every day so it will help me if I should really pu that in my mouth. Maybe it's all the salty foods I eat. Once they are gone from the house I will do better. I am happy to say I have been drinking water8+ a day and no wine so that's in my favor. I really want to get on track.

    How much of a weight gain have you seen?

    If you are strength training, it is very common for your body to hold water in the mucles.

    My advice is continue to eat healthy and keep up with your exercise. You will see the results.

    Also, if you don't already, start tracking your food. It really helps

    weight gain isn't always bad. sometimes it means we've replaced fat with muscle. hang in there! emoticon
