Happy New You - 2015 Wellness Challenge!

This year my goal is to be completely healthy. That's not just eating well & working out, theres so much more! Here's my goals for 2015 and how I plan to implement them. Will you join me in the challenge?


Recipes:

Pumpkin Granola:
(I add in organic coconut flakes and use agave nectar in place of honey)

Ratatouille:
Cook your favorite pasta. I love the rice pasta from Trader Joes
Trader Joes Aribata Sauce - Only 5 ingredients!
Sauté your favorite veggies in a pan with garlic & olive oil. I typically use onion, zucchini, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
Add in your favorite chicken sausage. This time I used tomato basil.
top with a sprinkle of cheese and enjoy!

    Wow! You sound like me. I too am going to challenge myself to be healthier this year. This includes sleep, exercise, healthier food choices and sunshine and fresh air (Winter--too cold for me.)

    All aspects of health are important. I think it's great that you want to be well overall and not just physical. I do think that the better eating and staying active does help with improving mental health. Have you ever tried meditating? Basically clearing your mind of everything and not thinking about anything at all...not even the buzzing sound or flickering from a light. It's supposed to help with stress and mental being.
