This year my goal is to be completely healthy. That's not just eating well & working out, theres so much more! Here's my goals for 2015 and how I plan to implement them. Will you join me in the challenge?
(I add in organic coconut flakes and use agave nectar in place of honey)
Pork Fried Rice:
Chicken Salad: (add in a dash of curry powder if you like a kick!)
Paleo Chunky Monkey Ice Cream (we made ours cookie dough)
Cook your favorite pasta. I love the rice pasta from Trader Joes
Trader Joes Aribata Sauce - Only 5 ingredients!
Sauté your favorite veggies in a pan with garlic & olive oil. I typically use onion, zucchini, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
Add in your favorite chicken sausage. This time I used tomato basil.
top with a sprinkle of cheese and enjoy!
