Fast food cravings at work

Had a real tough time getting motivated today. Can't seem to push myself to turn Biggest Loser off and just head to the gym. Managed to get 30 minutes of fitness in and so far at 2:15pm I have managed to curb cravings and eat right. Worried about going back to work tonight at McDonald's though. I'm scared about curbing fast food cravings. I will allow myself to eat no more than 4 chicken nuggets with ketchup, a packet of apples, and 1 milk. No milkshakes, no fries, and no excuses. Wish me luck!
