Well I made it a week without nighttime snacking. Had a weight loss for the week and now down total of 68.5 since last jan. 15. Dogs got me up early on the coldest morning of the year. One of the keys to my week was to keep a bottle of water with me at all times and if I wanted something to eat I would sip some water. Stopped me from snacking several times.
