Day 6.Let's do this!!

Today is the 6th day of my program and I am doing well. I failed to log over the weekend but I will not let it get me down. I posted on Fb to keep my accountability but I just need to be sure and get my blog in...part of my goal :)
Day 6 is here and I feel encouraged. Still waiting to see a drop on the scale or measuring tape but I just need to press forward and not think about the long term goal but just the task at hand...making it through ONE day at a time!
Todays' workout is Hill intervals on the tread with ST sets mixed in along with define upper body from Piyo.
Nutrition - pre-logging for the day....
M1 - Eggs, butternut squash, avocado and tomato with a spinach and kale SFH protein shake
M2 - Spinach salad with tuna, tomato, egg, zucchini and avocado. Fresh mixed berries
M3 - SFH shake with kale along with steak and roasted veggies. Apple and green tea post meal.
