To new beginnings, to 2015

So ive done this dieting thing too many times to count. In 2010 I lost 45 lbs with 5 lbs to go to reach my goal weight. Within the next year I gained it all back and then some. I was doing weight watchers and exercised regularly. I did kick boxing which I loved and never felt so good in my life. Somewhere I got off track and have not been able to find my way back. I look at my family and children and now worry about their health as well as mine. Both of my boys are overweight and its breaking my heart to know that im the cause of this from all of my bad habits. This year its not a diet its a healthy lifestyle jurney for myself and my family. I know its not going to be easy but it will be worth it. from here on out I will do my best to be my best. So here's to you, here's to me, here's to 2015 ☺

    Welcome to SparkPeople. We are all here for the same reason, no matter what our personal story is. We are here to help each other to get to that healthy point we want to be in our lives. It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. I have found that changing things up is the way to start weight loss. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. If you don't take care of yourself you can't take care of anyone else. You can do it! We are here to help!
