To new beginnings, to 2015

So ive done this dieting thing too many times to count. In 2010 I lost 45 lbs with 5 lbs to go to reach my goal weight. Within the next year I gained it all back and then some. I was doing weight watchers and exercised regularly. I did kick boxing which I loved and never felt so good in my life. Somewhere I got off track and have not been able to find my way back. I look at my family and children and now worry about their health as well as mine. Both of my boys are overweight and its breaking my heart to know that im the cause of this from all of my bad habits.
This year its not a diet its a healthy lifestyle jurney for myself and my family. I know its not going to be easy but it will be worth it. from here on out I will do my best to be my best. So here's to you, here's to me, here's to 2015 ☺
