I am setting up a reward system for myself to stay motivated. I will mark them complete as I reach each goal.

10 pounds lost -- new workout shoes
20 pounds lost -- new workout pants
30 pounds lost -- Get hair dyed
40 pounds lost -- new outfit
50 pounds lost -- 2 new outfits
60 pounds lost -- tattoo
70 pounds lost -- belly piercing
80 pounds lost -- new clothes

    Welcome to SparkPeople. We are all here for the same reason, no matter what our personal story is. We are here to help each other to get to that healthy point we want to be in our lives. It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. I have found that changing things up is the way to start weight loss. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. Giving yourself non-food rewards is an excellent way to motivate yourself. Good job! You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it.
