Just realized I never posted my resolutions blog yesterday!
I have one large over-arching resolution for this year: to get organized.
In addition to a budget spreadsheet that Fiance put together, I have created my own "planner binder" which is split up as follows:
Monthly Date Night - includes pre-planned activities such as weddings and family activities (due to travel expenses). Our own wedding is being considered our date night in October.
Monthly Book - I plan to read at least 15 minutes each day, and completing at least a book a month. I am currently reading The Broker by John Grisham.
Weekly grocery shopping and meal planning - includes a budgeting/coupon column.
Weekly cleaning schedule - broken up into daily tasks such as laundry, deep clean bathroom, deep clean kitchen, etc.
Weekly organizing - split up by sections/rooms in the house over 52 weeks
Weekly weigh in log
Daily exercise calendar - currently planned through April 25th, 2015 (my cousin's wedding). This includes running 4x per week and strength training 2x per week.
Daily de-cluttering - split up into sections taking 15 min/a day
Daily goal assessment for all of the above
I have a tendency to hyper-focus on any of the given items above and I have decided to create this binder so that I can keep track of it all and not lose sight of anything I am trying to do.
Everything above is completely doable. This year will be our best yet!
