Its a start

I just did some yoga, arm and core; mostly arms. I think I only did this for 10 minutes, wasn't paying much attention to time. Im going to start out very slow because I haven't been getting that good of sleep with my grandma waking me up at least 3 times a night.

I plan to do yoga, adduction, abduction, pull overs, bicep curls, shoulder press, knee to elbow crunch, reverse crunch, Russian twist, plie squats, and the better booty video.

I'm just doing 1 set of either 12 to 20 reps, depending on exercise. Aim for every other day. There will be cardio. Walking, step up, mountain climb, and jump rope (when I get one).

Me and my aunt plan to join a gym but it will be difficult because we cant leave grandma home alone so we are hoping to do the golden shoes (I think that's what its called) there. This means she will be able to join for free and maybe she can do some exercises with a trainer. She really needs to work on her legs, back and arms. When she falls its like dead weight when I try to pick her up.

So hopefully after a month I'll be use to exercise and I can change up the plan some. My goal is to be at 2 hours a day (strength and cardio only) and 30 minutes of yoga by April 1st. That gives me 3 months to stay focused and on track. This will also help me see what areas need more work and what else needs adjusted.

I will have walls to climb over. I just hope they are small ones and not sky scrapers.
