Holidays were great

I got to spend quality time with a sister and a brother and my mother as well as some good friends. I enjoyed some good foods, but not enough to increase the amount of weight I need to lose, actually lost two pounds. Now I am back to "go" where I started a few years ago.
I feel more organized and invigorated. So no more typing, time to get some things done. Eating right and exercising will naturally fit in when I feel like I am getting things done and thus feel better about myself.
Happy 2015 to all, I am going to make this my best year yet!
