New Year's Day Challenge

I decided to participate in the SP New Year's Challenge, which is a 30 days of changes. Today's challenge is to tell about my goals. Back in August when I went for a regular check up, I had to endure my PCP once again chiding me about being overweight. I am 5"7" and weighed a big 175. It pissed me off that he couldn't be happy that I exercise often and lift weights and eat healthy and drink water. Nope, bottom line is that I am not the right weight for my height! So I decided to show him (and me) that I can weigh less. I plan to keep going until I weigh 140. Think I can't? Yep, I can. I am down to 163 and I will continue this loss. I didn't lose any during the holidays, but I kept steady. Now I'm ready to move forward so that when I see him again on March 2, 2015, I'll have something to show him. My goal is to lose 10 pounds in the next 2 months. I'd love to make it more, but I also want to be realistic. I have set small rewards for each small goal I reach. 160 pounds is a mani/pedi.
