I think the best thing I can say about me is that I keep trying. This time I refuse to count the times. I HAVE been successful in NOT gaining more but due to not making healthful choices I have not lost any weight. I am going to continue to refine my plan for 2015. I have two projects this year.
1. to continue to put exercise and healthy foods in my daily plan.
2. to slowly transfer my vhs tapes to dvd.
I am not going to stress over failure or slowness... just continue on my path.
