Avoid scale relapse

Feeling happy with your scale?
Right now you may be feeling confident about your relationship with the scale.
You are determined to follow your new approach and never let the scale run your life.
But even the best intentions can slip away over time. So don’t assume you’ll never struggle with your scale again.
Like any new skill, you need to practice treating the scale as your friend. You also need to be careful not to abandon this relationship when you go through a hard time.
To prevent scale relapse, stay committed to your new way of thinking, no matter what.
If you struggle with your weight, don’t put your head in the sand and pretend everything is fine. Instead, use the scale as a supportive tool to keep you focused on your goals.
Once in a while, let it provide you with a gentle reminder that you care about your health.
Then focus on staying on track and continuing to manage your weight long term. Every single day, strive to live in a way that will make you feel proud of your efforts.
