Today is weigh-in Sunday. Weighed myself this morning and saw that I've gained 2 pounds.
It can be quite upsetting. Right now I'm not really in the mood to analyse what went wrong - maybe it was too many skipped meals, too few workouts (though I stayed active according to my fitbit), too much snacking on peanuts, bloating, muscle growth or all of the above.
On days like this, to encourage myself I look back on how far I've come on this journey. It hasn't always been easy, there have been a few setbacks along the way, but the general trend has been progress in the right direction. I'm thankful for this.
So, I'm just going to keep faith and keep pressing on. One day at a time.
