Goal is to lose 10 pounds for December!
Eat 1:1:1
Drink 3+ 22 oz water bottle a day
Currently doing 14 day ab challenge started dec 1.
Cardio 3x week (gym, YouTube belly dance or hip hop dance) go to the gym at least twice a week. also if u know if a great DVD I'm all ears!!
Paint nails on Wednesday and Sunday!
Read for an hour a day.
Write for two hours a day.
Have all cleaning done by Friday! Don't want to do too much on the weekends :)
Plan ahead!!
Record tracking and progress on spark (this is a big challenge)
