My Week #6 WLAGs

Sunday, November 30, 2014

In case you are just seeing my blogs for the first time....WLAG’s stands for: • “Wins” of the past week. • “Losses” of the past week. • “Aha” moments from the past week. • “Goals” of the upcoming week.

This week's biggest WIN is that I Worked out at ABC Studio 2X even though it is about 40 minutes from my house which means I had to get up at 4:30 am to make it on time for the 5:30 class (This is supposed to be our boot camps week off so this is a big win for me).

My biggest LOSSes ... there are simply too many to list and they all surround diet! I was away the week before last on business and have had a really difficult time getting back on target dietarily speaking. I need to refocus!

This week's Aha! moment...
This is a process and it doesn’t happen overnight. And it doesn’t happen without slip ups. It is also a way of life which means I am not “on” a diet which in itself implies that there is an “off” …. Hence the yoyo phenomenon. Success isn’t about the “before and after” it is about managing and overcoming the slip ups!

My GOALs for the upcoming week....

Boot Camp 5 Days (Bed by 9:30 at the latest)
Drink 5 bottles of water (One while at boot camp, one on the way home from boot camp…. One on the way to work… one while at work and one when I get home from work.)

Plan & Prepare Lunches, Snacks and Dinners Ahead of time (This weeks Schedule is a busy one, which leaves me little time for last minute grab n go so I need to pack food the night before!) Also – Thursday I work 8am – 8pm with nothing but back to back meetings, one of which is a holiday lunch meeting) – Plan accordingly.

Use Spark People to plan and track food and exercise.

Thanks for checking in on me ... it is all about accountability!! :)
