Back after a break

Happy to report back to Spark after an extended break ... I spent the past number of months getting into the world of Facebook. Lots of fun there, but I have decided I'm capable of and interested in pursuing two major on-line forums, esp. given Spark's focus on cultivating a healthy lifestyle.
