The plan! 11/20/14

So this is just a general plan I have so far:
Fitness goals:
1-Lose 35 pounds by my 30th birthday 2/28 CW 170
2- workout at home 3 times per week (20-30 min toning/strength) targeted-arms, legs, and abs
3- workout at the gym 2-3 times per week (30 min cardio)
4- track my fitness
Nutrition goals:
1- drink 8-12 glasses of water daily
2- meal planning day before or week ahead and stick with it one-one-one style
*3 meals and 2 snacks daily
3- don't skip breakfast
4-track my food and drinks
Other goals:
1- read 1-2 hours daily
2- write 2-3 hours daily
3- organize my home one room at a time and de-clutter each room
5- go through every box in my garage and either sell it or get rid of it.
6- paint my nails and toes 1-2 times a week (amazing how it keeps me from snacking for at least an hour)
7- get on spark at least 3 times per week if not daily and read my friends blogs :)
