I am bummed about next months changes at the Y

Tuesday, November 18, 2014

Yes I am bummed because right now the way it is set up Monday will be Remix followed by bar which is fine, Tuesday's and Thursday's will be Alpha steppin followed by guns -n- guts which will be really hard because they are both fast cardio but I think I can pull them off. The problem is Wednesday which as of right now for the month of December from 5:30 - 6:30 is Bar then from 6:30 - 7:30 is 2 different classes 1 of which is a class that I am doing every Wednesday now which is Cross Box, and the other is Zumba being taught by my old instructor Bev. I can't be in 2 classes at one time and both of these classes are only going to be once a week. So I am bummed! I put a suggestion in the suggestion box that asks if this can be changed. My hope is that zumba could be offered the same time as Bar which I would SO give up for zumba....Sorry Josh but zumba is fast cardio that is fun and quite a workout while Bar is more stretching and Ballet which I have to say I am not really burning anything in this class.

That's too bad about the conflict. I've never tried Zumba, but it sure looks like fun. As for all the stretching, that's important too. I'm a heck of a lot older than you, and I sure wish I had been more active at your age. My shoulders are hunched over, and I have limited range of motion. It sucks. You go girl!!!

If it can't be changed or they won't do it, maybe you could alternate them every other week... or decide which one is the very most important to you. I hope they change it though so that you can go to both of those that you like!
