too much too fast?

I started SP when I was going to be working or on call 24/7 for 23 straight days. Too many hours and too little sleep gave me a case of overwhelm! Catch up time? NO WAY!!!!! Fall down once, get up twice equals success. So I am not catching up; I am getting up.
I redid my goals page. I took out food tracking because I came to the conclusion that I am doing ok with that. Since I live alone what I have to eat is what I buy, and I am careful of what I buy, so that is pretty much a non-issue. I must start eating breakfast and snacking. I averaged about 900 calories a day for a 10 day period. Not nearly enough. To lose weight I must reset my metabolism by eating more. My problem was I would track all day and in the evening have too many calories left to eat to reach my "goal". OK, have made a note of that. Eat in the mornings, YUCK.
Exercise. Sweaty exercise. Feel winded when I am done exercise. Shaky muscle exercise. That is what I really need and that is what I am focused on for the next week. And a week at a time is what I am going to do.
Underwhelm is not necessarily a bad thing.
