I am trying to go back and do catch up food tracking from Saturday and Sunday. It was a heck of a weekend. I was mindful of my eating and made the choice to let exercise slide because of "stuff". And that was ok for me. "I" chose! Priorities are fluid, and today I am back to it. In fact I got my 10 minutes in before work. "pat pat" on my back.
Sleep was something that took a complete nosedive so I am going home and taking a nap. I am on call for work, but have a back up who will come and get me if I sleep through a call back. :-) Proper Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance! I know I am going to completely zonk, and I can do it without stress knowing someone has my back.
Asking for assistance has been a lot easier this past week. I think it is because I am more focused on my goals than I am "myself". Does that make sense? LOL My goals are for me aren't they? But I am more willing to put myself out there now that I am well and truly committed to being healthier.
