Day 71- It's Too Hard

Do you ever find yourself getting discouraged and thinking it is just too hard to stay on a diet or an exercise regime? Today we are again dealing with the psychological blocks that we tell ourselves and start believing as truth.
Whenever you start to think something is too hard, go back and make a list of all the things in your life that you have done that were difficult, but you did them anyway.
