So I'm here thinking about the decision I made, which is not to track my weight,im feeling guilty because I tracked when the scale moves in my favor and refuse to track when it doesn't. For 2wks now I'm stuck its either I weigh the same 213.8 or it goes up which is frustrating for me. I'm saying to my self, I can feel a difference in my body,so what's going on,what will others think of me when I stop logging my weight,so I decided to try on a jeans that was too tight, and guess what, yes,it was much looser, not perfect as yet but I finally see that my efforts aren't in vain. Now I really understand what others are saying, use other measurements don't just rely on the scale, still I haven't decided whether I should update my current weight (215 lbs) .

Thanks for your honesty. The frustration is HUGH, and it takes so much mental self talk to get past it. I know that the blog is old, and I'm hoping that you're making progress.

I also find the scale not moving like I want, but my clothes feel looser but I don't really trust the clothes.
