So I'm here thinking about the decision I made, which is not to track my weight,im feeling guilty because I tracked when the scale moves in my favor and refuse to track when it doesn't. For 2wks now I'm stuck its either I weigh the same 213.8 or it goes up which is frustrating for me.
I'm saying to my self, I can feel a difference in my body,so what's going on,what will others think of me when I stop logging my weight,so I decided to try on a jeans that was too tight,and guess what, yes,it was much looser,not perfect as yet but I finally see that my efforts aren't in vain.
Now I really understand what others are saying,use other measurements don't just rely on the scale, still I haven't decided whether I should update my current weight (215 lbs) .
