The Past Is Practice

I've always believed that we must heal our minds before we can heal our bodies. Fitness is a lifestyle, forgetting that only puts you at the starting line again...for some a few leaps further. It is tough to get emotional eating under control. We know based off our past reactions that eating everything you find won't make us feel any better. It only leads to more emotions and more eating. We have to learn that with practice we won't relive that same past. We must have faith that we can retrain our way of thinking. We can use the past as a reminder that practice makes perfect...when we choose to learn from our past...then we can improve our future. Happy sparkles ✨
