Today's exercise is to create an instant response plan that you can utitize without thinking when facing a time when you want to eat (and aren't hungry).
This is really a good idea and I have used it many times when I knew I was just having a craving and didn't really need to eat anything. Depending on where I am and how much time I have these are my favorite go to instant responses.
