Good Day

I had a good day and stayed focused on my eating plan.

I was able to get my goal for the day on the kilt done. I am almost done - I am hoping to finish it tomorrow.

My Daily Goals: Day 29 of 100 - 10/21

1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon 25/29
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon 27/29
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes emoticon 23/29
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies emoticon 27/29
5. Blog Daily emoticon 24/29
7. 35-40 g fiber emoticon
