I really enjoyed today - nice and restful.
We taught Sunday School this morning. After lunch, I laid down for a nap. I only got 30 minutes then the phone rang four times. After the 4th I gave up in trying to nap. So, I started to working on the kilt. I was able to finish sewing in the canvas innerfacing - my goal for the day. Now I am going to relax, cross stitch and watch TV.
This weekend is want I really needed.
My Daily Goals: Day 27 of 100 - 10/19
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. Blog Daily
7. 40 g fiber
