I accomplished my goal of how much I wanted to get done on the kilt today.

I am ready to have a restful weekend. The first one in over three months where I haven't anything planned.

My Daily Goals: Day 25 of 100 - 10/17

1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon 21/25
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon 23/25
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes emoticon 19/25
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies emoticon 23/25
5. Blog Daily emoticon 20/25
7. 40 g fiber emoticon
