Friday was a long, busy, but great day. My granddaughters came at 6:15am and I had them until after 7:00pm. Plus I had my other two grandchildren in the morning. Needless to say it was hectic. The cousins love playing together. It is so fun to watch and hear them play!

After lunch I worked with my two oldest granddaughters with their homeschool work (preschool and kindergarten). I also started preparing for the dinner we were hosting for our church's Growth Group leaders. I made a Pumpkin Pecan Cake and Pumpkin Yeast Rolls. Then put the Herb Pork Loin in the oven. Then while the girls were watching a video I cleaned house...bathroom and mopped/vacuumed floors.

We had a great dinner and fellowship time. People didn't leave until @10:30pm.

This morning I got up early to go have a workout with my trainer. He did a fat analysis....I have lost 1% fat since the beginning of the year. Not much, but it is a loss! My weight was up from last Saturday by .8, but down from Monday morning by 3.5lbs. So, I was happy with the week. I had lost almost I had gained last weekend. Now to keep going downward. I got only about 30g fiber Friday and Saturday. This is still something that I really am going to concentrate on as it seemed to really help this last week.

After I got home from the gym we went and helped a friend move. Then ran some errands and now I trying to get caught up with my emails, then will head to bed.

My Daily Goals: Day 18 & 19 of 100 - 10/10 & 10/11

1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon emoticon 16/19
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon emoticon 17/19

    You've been uber busy!!! Sheesh!! I think I'd have to sleep a week to get over all that!! You are doing soooo well!! I knew that .8 up was only a temporary to a nice down!! WooHoo!! You're getting back into the movin' groove!! Keep up the great work, Carrie!! I KNOW you CAN DO IT!!!! Oh yes you can!!

    You had a good week. Today I had bacon and eggs for breakfast so I had high fiber cereal for lunch. My meal focus has really changed, now I think of the fiber grams instead of what I 'want' to eat.
