I woke up with a headache and was just too tired to exercise. So, I laid in bed for an extra 15 minutes before I got up. Mid=morning my husband messaged me to say he was going to go to the barber after work and would be home later and wanted to know if I was going to the gym. It has been awhile since I have gone and I knew I needed to get back (except for going twice a month for sessions with my trainer I haven't had a regular time there).

The kids were picked up early, so I headed to the gym and did 45 minutes on the stationary bike. My muscles feel it now, so I now I will be a little sore tomorrow, but I am glad to have gone!

I saw my trainer there and when he found out that my husband had encouraged me to go to the gym he told me to thank him. He also asked how things were going. When I told him I had been only .5 lb away from getting out of the 240's on Sunday morning, then had gained @3lbs., he asked me why I was self-sabotaging myself. Hmmm...I always have an excuse when I get so close to a goal and then gain. So, am I self sabotaging? and why? I need to work through this.

A SparkFriend (thanks Lynn) posted in her blog about the Full-Plate Diet and a list of high fiber foods. I started reading the books and it looks interesting. My supper tonight was all vegetables except for 3 oz of ground turkey. It was filling. That is also my trainer's nutrition plan...3-4 oz turkey, chicken or fish, a salad with lots of vegetables & a vinagriette dressing.

My Daily Goals: Day 15 of 100 - 10/7

1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon 13/15
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon 14/15
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes emoticon 12/15
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies emoticon 13/15
5. Follow trainer's eating plan emoticon 9/15
6. Blog Daily emoticon 12/15

    OK let's assume we are back on track and start living it. Tomorrow I am going to the gym and eating 40 grams of fiber. We just need to push each other and we will succeed.

    Carrie, I think we all have that problem from time to time! Look at me.....I had reached a goal of 150, got rid of all my bigger clothes, bought a few items of new clothes then didn't do anything right for 2-3 Months!!! Guess what? I gained 20 pounds!! UGH!! So now, I'm working my self half to death to get back to that 150!! The weight just doesn't want to move!
    We'll get there, my friend!! I'm back on track now and you are too!! Let's do this thing!! You were totally right on target yesterday, so just keep on keepin' on!!! (((HUGS)))

    I've been guilty of that self-sabotaging myself! Mine always happens after I have others who really notice my weight loss. Strange, but it happens...
