I had a wonderful, busy weekend! Saturday I had four of my granddaughters. We had fun playing, baking, fall decorating and getting ready for a family birthday celebration.
They had a sleepover Saturday night. They came to church with us and when we got home all my kids and grandkids were here. We celebrated September & October birthdays and then watched four episodes of the newest Doctor Who.
Today, I spent much of the day catching up from the weekend and trying to get the house back in order.
It was frustrating that even though I was careful with my eating on Sunday, I was up three pounds from Sunday morning. I am hoping that I am just retaining and will be able to get it off within a couple of days.

My Daily Goals: Day 12, 13 & 14 of 100 - 10/4 - 10/6
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. Follow trainer's eating plan
