It started off with a beautiful Sunset...Sept. 8th

And a cloudy morning. Made for nice pictures.

I was looking East when I took those pictures. I turned around, and looked West. Right over our hills, was a odd rainbow.

I then saw a Cat laying on the sidewalk in front of our yard. I have never seen this Cat before, and I haven't seen it sense.

Around 8:30am Sarge and I hopped into the car. I drove to Starbucks, and bought a Peppermint Mocha. After that I drove over to the field, which is close to Starbucks, where I can get a good view of the San Bernardino Mountains. Clouds were everywhere. Hi Jackie! emoticon

I kept thinking it looks like it wants to rain. A Raven caught my attention. It flew over me, and landed on a light post. I think it had a roll in its beak. It made sure I noticed his/her prize, as the bird was showing the roll from all angles.

Looking to the east again, Lake Los Angeles area, and you could see streaks of rain.

Walking back to the car, I noticed a odd looking cloud hanging over the hills near my home.

I decided to drive out to Leona Valley. Sarge always enjoys the ride. I couldn't find the Hawks while I was there, but did see Cows, and Longhorns. I haven't been out to Leona Valley in almost a month. I need to go again soon.

I kept hearing a Raven, making a lot of noise. I looked across the street, and there is was, on a fence. Not sure if it didn't want me in the area, or cawing at another bird, but it didn't sound happy.

I was getting hungry so thought I should head back home. I looked up and saw rain streaks again. The streaks were over the hill, so I knew where I lived it was getting a downpour.

As I drove closer to home, I could see it had rained pretty good. I decided to check out the backyard, and it started sprinkling. I love raindrops on Roses and Flowers.

Have a good Monday. Not sure where I am going, but I will have my camera in hand!
